MoFA is excited to announce the opening of the 33rd annual Tallahassee International. This spring, artists from around the world were invited to submit artwork for consideration in the exhibition. Anne Staag and Jeff Beekman, professors in the FSU Department of Art, culled through nearly 600 entries to select 44 works by 36 artists. The included work, representing artists from six countries and 19 states, covers a range of media, styles, and approaches while dealing with an array of relevant contemporary issues. MoFA congratulates this year’s accepted artists and welcomes visitors to the 33rd Tallahassee International.
This reception will also mark the retirement of MoFA’s founding Director, Dr. Allys Palladino-Craig. Please join us in celebrating Allys’s remarkable legacy at Florida State University.
