Wayne McGregor’s Tree of Codes offers a feast for the senses. Visually stunning with its massive set pieces and intricate choreography, the work enraptures the audience from the beginning, never allowing for a dull moment. The impressive collaborative performance succeeds largely due to the design’s striking production elements and the dancers’ intense virtuosity. Leaving the space, I came away in awe of the brilliant spectacle, very much wanting to partake again.
