About Suzanne Farrell
Suzanne Farrell gained international fame as George Balanchine’s most celebrated muse. Since retiring from the stage Ms. Farrell has directed her own acclaimed company, The Suzanne Farrell Ballet, in conjunction with the Kennedy Center; has acted as a repetiteur for the George Balanchine Trust, and has been on the faculty of the FSU School of Dance. The national dance community is fortunate that Ms. Farrell continues to share her talent and artistry each year with the young dancers from across the nation.
