In 1999 Professor Jordan was asked to become Director of the Masters Program in Scenic Design for the School of Theatre. During the following year, the Masters program was redesigned to become competitive at the national level. From 2002 through 2009, FSU’s School of Theatre had the leading Masters Program in Scenic Design in the Southeast Region.
In 2010, Dale accepted a year-long position as Associate Artistic Director of the Barter Theatre in Virginia.
In January 2011, Professor Jordan returned to FSU.
