Taught by an outstanding faculty, all classes will be conducted in the renovated dance facilities in Montgomery Hall on the FSU campus. The program is designed for the well-rounded dancer who is interested in all forms of dance.

Each day will begin with a conditioning class to prepare the students for a full day of
training. All students will take a daily ballet and modern technique class, followed by
either ballet or modern repertory. Evenings will be filled with lectures, films and other
classes such as jazz, hip hop, technology, and composition.

AUDITION INFORMATION

Auditions for this workshop will be on Sunday, February 3, 2008 at 10:00 am in the
Grande Studio in Montgomery Hall, on the FSU campus. The audition is in conjunction
with the Suzanne Farrell Young Dancers Workshop on February 2-3, 2008. Participation in the workshop in not necessary to audition for the Summer Intensive. Applicants who can not make the audition may apply by video or DVD.
