Carol, also known as Kehinde, attended Brenau University in Gainesville, GA where she received her BA Cum Laude in Dance Pedagogy. She co-founded and co-directed Blake School of the Performing Arts in Tampa, Florida. Carol has taught and choreographed extensively in ballet academies and universities in the southeast. She began her professional performing career with Ballethnic Dance Company of Atlanta, GA. Later, she was a guest dancer with Florida Dance Theatre and Dallas Black Dance Theatre. She went on to become a principal dancer with Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble where she was on personnel for four seasons. She has worked with such greats as Waverly Lucas, Maniya Barredo, Hope Clarke, Milton Myers, Donald McKayle, Eleo Pomare, and Ronald K. Brown among many others. Most recently, Carol has just completed her Master of Fine Arts degree at Florida State University with and emphasis in Choreography and Performance. Additionally, she concentrated her studies in  Dance Wellness. Always seeking knowledge and longevity in the art of dance, Carol uses her certification in STOTT PILATES™ to strengthen and maintain her body and enjoys sharing this knowledge and its benefits with her clients.
